Mark worked diligently to put me in the car (Volvo C30 T5) of my dreams, discounting $1000 of the asking price, handling the finance and vehicle prep, and had me driving the car home in about two (2) hours from the time he allowed my son and I to take it for a test drive - I've found most dealer sales staff at other stores outside of the Suburban Collection insist that they be present in the car for a test drive. To my surpise, no sooner did I get home and Mark called and said "Do you want to pick the car up tonight?". I was thrilled!! This is my second Volvo purchased at Suburban Volvo, and we have have purchased three (3) other cars from Suburban Imports. Mark, Brent, Bob White are all outstanding representatives of Suburban Collection and will continue to get our business as well as future business from our friends and family. I very much enjoyed my purchase experience with Mark, and honestly can say it was the best car purchase experience I've ever had - no stress, quick, easy and enjoyable.
