They then came up with a plan to get me out of my old lease and into a new Volvo. The price was perfect and I love my new Cross country. I have found the knowledge of the service staff to be very helpful and on target in taking care of getting a "new" used car and things I should consider doing for the longevity of the vehicle. This was my first experience with the sales end of their business...and I found Kelly Ashton to be up to what appears to be their standard in working with me and helping me by explaining the differences in the cars they had, which is important in purchasing a used vehicle.
