Never had such a positive experience with a service dept Jeff Martin, in service, was absolutely awesome. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them. My AC was fixed under warranty and the 30k mainten Jeff Martin, in service, was absolutely awesome. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them. My AC was fixed under warranty and the 30k maintenance was performed, even though the four years from date of purchase had expired. All the software updates were performed. Dealerships do everything in their power to weasel out of paying for any sort of repair, update or perk. Jeff made me feel like he did everything in his power to take care of me. I try to avoid dealerships - this experience will make me go back. More

I know that purchasing a car, let alone a used car, can be a daunting task for many of us but I can honestly say that Stacy and the Suburban Volvo staff made it painless. I ran into some issues outside of purchasing the car but Stacy was able to be patient with me and help me along in making sure I got the vehicle that I wanted. She even came in on her sick day in order to make sure that when I came to pick up the car that everything went smoothly. Needless to say, this won't be the last time I purchase from Stacy and from Suburban Volvo. It was well worth the over an hour drive. Thanks! More
