I am just now seeing your reply. I have called and asked to speak with Larry DeBaker on several occasions while my vehicle was at your service dept. My vehicle as there for several weeks during which time I had to rent a car. This only added to the expense, inconvenience and frustration. When I would call and ask to speak with him, they connect me to a voicemail. The outgoing greeting did not state his name. It just stated several numbers. So I called back and told the person who answers the phone that I wasn't sure if I had been connected to Larry DeBaker's voicemail. She assured me she connected me to his voicemail. I left him several voicemail messages but to date, August 9, 2019, he has not returned my call. I also sent him an email and he never replied. Today I am reading your reply to my review which says...Please contact....Larry DeBaker. How many times do I need to call Larry DeBaker in order to speak with him? Why hasn't Larry DeBaker answered or return my calls? Why hasn't Larry DeBaker replied to my email? Perhaps your reply could have stated that Larry DeBaker would like to contact me at my earliest convenience? What is going to happen if I make another attempt to contact Larry DeBaker and continue to be unable to reach him? This situation has dragged for weeks. Enough is enough!!
