Back on the road in my Sequoia Sean was very helpful in getting me back on the road. When I started up the Sequoia the dashboard warning lights lit up like Christmas morning. I took it into the dealer and Sean ordered the parts to get it taken care of (emission sensors). When I go to the dealer I know that I am going to pay more than the independent shop that I work with, but I go into the dealer and I am confident that they will fix the problems correctly the first time. First 10,000 Mile Oil Change! I brought my car in to be serviced for my first 10,000 mile oil change and received assistance from Steven Nemeth. He was very warm and professional i I brought my car in to be serviced for my first 10,000 mile oil change and received assistance from Steven Nemeth. He was very warm and professional in his demeanor. I did not wait very long and I am very satisfied with the service. Steven even took the time to, not only, explain the results of my service, but he even researched on trying to find a 1999 transmission for my 1999 Toyota Solara that is a "stick shift!" He is totally awesome and a great representation of your establishment. I also want to give very necessary credit to Stefan Sackett for being so patient with me in leasing my 2018 Toyota Camry. He was absolutely wonderful during the entire process and he even took the time, late at night, to go over a few features of the car and even program some apps on my phone linking to the car before I left the dealership.
