I was very happy with the service provided by Suburban Toyota-Scion. I had problems with my Prius battery on Thurs night and Suburban came out to my office in Auburn Hills on Friday morning, picked up th Toyota-Scion. I had problems with my Prius battery on Thurs night and Suburban came out to my office in Auburn Hills on Friday morning, picked up the keys, drove out to Plymouth, jump started my car, drove it back to Troy, and charged up the battery. I had my care by Friday afternoon. That's amazing customer service. I will continue to use Suburban Toyota-Scion for all of my Toyota Prius service needs. I can trust they will do the job right, and they will perform the service in a timely manner. Thanks again!! More
When I asked for a towel to wipe off the water droplets on my car after its wash, the manager, himself, wrung out a towel and actually wiped down my car, himself. Owning a Prius has induced me to rely entirely on a dealership for service in the belief that Toyota-trained service techhnicians will be better able to deal with the complexities of the new technology dealership for service in the belief that Toyota-trained service techhnicians will be better able to deal with the complexities of the new technology. I used other dealerships before Suburban but found the local one I used a little bit inadequate and, of course, the one in another town, too remote. However, all that didn't matter after I had used the Suburban service department a couple of times. I found their friendliness, honesty and mechanical ability made me feel secure and irrevocably led to the decision to use only their services to attend my car's needs. I have always been happy with the way Jim Kreger gets my service needs identified and tells me what the service should cost. And, my car is always ready when promised and at least as clean wa when I brought it in. I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of my service experience with Suburban Toyota. More

This was my first visit at this dealer. I just moved here and was unsure of where to go. When I called they were able to fit me right in for my oil change. It took less than an hour and everyone was extremel and was unsure of where to go. When I called they were able to fit me right in for my oil change. The quality of the service department is outstanding. I had a very specific problem with my van drifting to the right on the highway and always felt as though I was fighting that drift to hold a straight had a very specific problem with my van drifting to the right on the highway and always felt as though I was fighting that drift to hold a straight course. The intake personell took the problem to heart and worked through it with Simon who did not stop until he had road tested it to his satisfaction. Indeed we left shortly afterward on a road trip and the van perfprmed like it did when brand new. I have had it back once since with tire rotation and Simon again took an interest and made sure the job was done to his personal specs. All this after I had taken the problem to another Toyota dealer ( in FL) and got no help. It's one thing to do a job to measured specs and another to do it to solve a problem. My hat is off to the service staff at Suburban Toyota! More
I had the opportunity to go to Suburban Toyota for repairs on my driver's door. The person, Jack Perkins, behind the parts counter was more than helpful. The third person was Joseph Francis, Assistant Service Manager. I have had the opportunity of working with Joseph on two occasions. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, personable, and excels at his job. I am comfortable leaving my car with this man. I have been to other dealers over the year and I have to say I have received the very best service from Suburban Toyota. I am driving my second Toyota Sienna now and as long as the good service exists, I will continue to drive Toyota vehicles and will also recommend them to everyone who is looking for a car. More
