The technicians at this dealership could not figure out the problem that i took the car in for 3 visits. Each time they claimed it was a different part, ordered it, and then the day they were to install it the problem that i took the car in for 3 visits. An outside company evaluated the car and could tell me in 5 minutes it was the amp--something it took this dealership hours and days to diagnose Further, since they made me pay for a part they did not put it, they told me they would give me a refund. They then proceeded to ignore all my calls and not call me for 2 weeks even though i left several messages. I finally left a message with the main manager telling him I have put the issue into credit card dispute and suddenly he called back and said the check will be in the mail today. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. More

After three flat tires in 3 months, Toyota was able to discover the problem with my tire & resolve it by simply replacing a valve stem on my tire. My engine light came on on Sunday, went into the dealership on Monday morning with no appointment. Was promptly greeted, was given a ride to work and called within a few hours with Assistant Service dealership on Monday morning with no appointment. Was promptly greeted, was given a ride to work and called within a few hours with Assistant Service Manager Jay Tuttle telling me that he got the repair covered under warranty, saving me about $500. I would never have thought to ask about a warranty, so I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Jay just automatically doing that! Thorough analysis and job well done. They discovered a bad water pump even though I had no symptoms of it. The one they had in stock was not working properly so I received a loaner car while waiting for bad water pump even though I had no symptoms of it.
