Disappointed I just purchased a 2017 4runner and brought it in for its 5k service. I added to my service appointment that I would like the balance checked on my ti I just purchased a 2017 4runner and brought it in for its 5k service. I added to my service appointment that I would like the balance checked on my tires due to some vibration at highway speed. Upon arrival the service adviser immediately tried to write off my concern. The service I was in for included a tire rotation so I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to check balance. When my car was done I discovered there was no note on my service order about the vibration and the balance had not been checked. When I asked about it the I was told in a rude tone "there is nothing wrong with your vehicle". I use to be a service writer, there is no way you can tell visually if a tire is out of balance unless something is very wrong. Further more this service includes a wash and vacuum. They didn't do a great job on the wash like they have in the past and they didn't vacuum at all. Strongly considering taking my business else where. More

The only thing that kind of bothered me is there was a service advisor up front, she seemed a little discombobulated, as more overwhelmed and frustrated then eager to offer customer service. Ashley tried to reject my service appt as she stated they were too busy. But mitchell steped up and helped me.out. Merry Christmas. More

Started with the service department and now I had my grandmothers Toyota RAV4 and although it was a troubled car, the service department was great! When it was time to get rid of the car, the dealership offered me the best price for my car in cash and I leased a new Camery from Ray Sadler. He gave me an unbeatable price on a lease and I was sold. I do not have a negative thing to say about the dealership or anyone in it. 10/10 More

First of all, I want to compliment Matt, the service manager for his kind and attentive service..he makes the customer feel confident that their Toyota will be serviced properly and at a price that is fair. Secondly, I want to compliment Adam, who last wrote up my order. As it turned out, my car needed some extra service. I had several appointments later in the day and Adam said he would take care of me. He loaned a beautiful Sienna for me to drive to my appointments. When I picked up my car it was serviced beautifully. It is an absolute pleasure to visit Suburban Toyota. More
