Question about a repair As long loyal coustomer that I have come to this location. I came two days ago to do an oil change and with Sean Kowalik. Everything went well, he told me my radiator is leaking. I said ok thank you and I’ll need to think about it. Today I called the customer service and wanted to get more detailed information about the radiator leak. I asked if this is the radiator concerning the compressor/engine....if the antifreeze was leaking when they did the test..??? The customer service lady didn’t understand what I was asking and when I asked to talk to Sean he was answering my question in a very rude tone. As if I’m stupid/ talking in nonsense and I should know what is the radiator. I always dealt with Mary Ann and never had this problem, even if I don’t know what are the parts of my car needs fixing and any details I wanted...she replies in a very appropriate and decent way. More

I've been working with Mary Ann for some time and with several Good Afternoon. I wanted to send a shout out about my Service Adviser Mary Ann McGee. I've been working with Mary Ann for some time and with several different Toyota vehicles. Her communication skills with customers is excellent; she greets me by name, always inquires about how my day is going, asks what concerns I have about my vehicle, inquires if there are any other questions, then reviews the reported problems with me. I feel listened to, respected, and valued as a customer. She invites me to enjoy coffee and relax if I'm waiting, keeps in touch with me about the progress of work, and lets me know my vehicle is ready. I try to remember to ask if I can get my car washed but she has already taken care of that.. My automotive needs have changed over time and Suburban Toyota not only exceeds them but anticipates my questions. My shopping for Sales and Service is simple now: I identify the New Car Salesperson I want to work with, ask for Mary Ann as my Service Adviser, then ask for their recommendations. I trust them enough to identify a car, suggest options, and recommend the color! Yes, they'r that good!! MESSAGE TO TOYOTA CORPORATE AND SUBURBAN TOYOTA UPPER MANAGEMENT-Your staff mean more to me than my vehicles. I can always get another/other cars, but I can't easily find outstanding people! More

Wonderful staff! Excellent customer service This was my first time at the service department at the dealership. I took in our 2007 Camry Hybrid because several maintenance lights were on and we This was my first time at the service department at the dealership. I took in our 2007 Camry Hybrid because several maintenance lights were on and we had just crossed over 150,000 miles. After the inspection there were multiple items that needed to be fixed. Chris (assistant service manager) explained each one in detail and showed the prices for them all upfront. I asked to talk with the mechanic directly and it was no problem! Chris took me back and the mechanic (Neil) walked me through and showed me everything that was wrong with the vehicle, highlighting the critical items that needed to be fixed vs. the lesser important items. He explained everything in detail to me and allowed me to make a well informed decision. I never felt pressured at all into an upsell of the service. I decided to have them fix the all critical items and left some of the lesser important to another date. I ended up spending the entire day there due to the extent of the repairs that needed to be done. The staff was so wonderful! From Emily and Amy in the Checkout area to Kenzie and JC in the sales department, to Chris and Neil, you guys are awesome! Thanks for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them all ! More
