Service Department is a clear winner I bought my Tundra 11 years ago (I have almost 290K miles on it now) and during the first 3 years of ownership I took it to Suburban Toyota for all it I bought my Tundra 11 years ago (I have almost 290K miles on it now) and during the first 3 years of ownership I took it to Suburban Toyota for all its service needs. I eventually stopped taking my truck there because the service advisor responsible for making sure the things I wanted done to my truck, unfortunately, hardly ever got done. For instance: if I wanted an oil change with Synthetic, I got an oil change with standard oil. If I wanted a tire rotation, oil change and recall work done, the tires would be rotated, the oil changed but no recall work would get done. No matter how many times I asked for certain things to be done, the service advisor that was assigned to me ignored just about everything I asked to be done. Fast forward to 2019: One word: Ashley. Ashley was on top of things even before I called to tell her what I needed done. She is the reason why I will be bringing my Tundra back to Suburban Toyota and why I'll be purchasing another Tundra in 2020 from Suburban. Ashley is pure gold. Don't let her get away. More
