Both Ray and Andy were very personable and not pushy. Andy (the finance manager) explained everything thoroughly and patiently even though it was closing time and another customer had unexpectedly showed up and was waiting to close on her car after mine. I know it was a very long and hectic day for him, so I appreciate the time he spent. The price of the vehicle was fair, and the service was friendly. Better scheduling would have been nice, but the dialogue with Ray and Andy's great sense of humor and passion for his work more than compensated for that mixup. I look forward to driving my Prius and saving on gas! More
