Great attitude and demeanor Lisa was great to work with and I found her approach refreshing. Regarding the conditioin of the vehicle at delivery, the outside had an obvious paint chip and instead of offering to fix it, they ordered paint for me to do it. The inside of the vehicle was also lacking in clean up detail. It was a demo model, and picking it up on a busy Saturday was an error in judgement on my part. I should have left the vehicle and had them clean it properly while they were fully staffed. More
