1st Toyota. Impresses with the sales staff & attention. This is the first time buying a Toyota, I found my car on the internet & received a immediate call back, set up an appointed. When I got to the dealer, the car was in the lot with a HOLD sign on it. Nate (salesman) was prompt, courtesy, answer all my question in the dealership & when we took the car for a test drive. They held the car for me, for 2 day. When I wen to sign on the car, I was given a tour of the service area, was shown the car, so I could go over the car one last time. Then I spent about 30 min, with the finance person, who again answered all my question & never pressure my to buy any of the extra services. More

We were expecting our firstborn, and wanted to upsize. Me being a European (aka a huge fan of Audi and VW), we settled on a VW Touareg. Our experience finding one was a nightmare. After the hokum we've been through, I swore I would never going to a dealership again (you guys, it was THAT BAD). Our baby was born, and not long thereafter we realized the car is too small (we have a black lab, too). When my husband said we need to go shop for cars, AGAIN, I was wondering what did I do wrong in life to deserve being tormented by this. And then we came to Suburban Toyota, and met Sir Guy Mulder:) I don't mean to sound pompous, but he is THE BEST. Very respectful of your time, to the point, not beating around the bush, pleasant and knowledgeable. And, I need to add, the most soothing voice you'd ever hear. We came in, test-drove a couple cars, decided on the size, a new car came in yesterday, we got it today. NOBODY WAS PUSHING US INTO ANYTHING. Just a relaxed, not time-consuming, quality car purchase. They treat you like .. bad customer service and and no respect at all to customers .... Been there twice in six months , bought 2 cars ... But end up not happy , especially bad customer service and and no respect at all to customers .... Been there twice in six months , bought 2 cars ... But end up not happy , especially the used cars manager ..., I just don't know how they have someone like hom there .... He doesn't know what is word respect mean , and when I signed my paper work , went home and found 50 dollars extra on my deal , and when I asked why he said that was our deal , just doesn't make sense , u lie for 50 dollars ? Guys a customer that visit your dealership is there for you to make money so treat him the way he deserve , not your fake smile , that make him feel like you are treating him like a kid just show him the respect . More
