Never thought we could get a car we could afford. My parents suggested going to Suburban Toyota because they had a great experience and bought 2 vehicles from them. We knew our credit was not the best, but went any way. Much to our surprise Andrea our sales person was amazing and professional . She took all our info and said first we will get you approved before we look at any cars. Next day she said we were approved and had a Jeep Patriot she was getting from another site. To out amazement Mike in the finance department actually got us a payment we could afford. The Jeep and payment are perfect. More

I can't imagine going anywhere else as the customer service and professiona I have been leasing cars from Suburban Toyota in Troy since at least 2001! I can't imagine going anywhere else as the customer service and professionalism is excellent. I was very happy to work with Lazer Voltaj this year to turn in my existing car and lease a new Toyota Corolla. He reached out to me initially by telephone as my current lease was coming due and when I went to the dealership the process was quick and easy!! It took me about 5 minutes to find the right car, Lazer and Scott worked out the best deal for me, and working with Lazer made the whole experience enjoyable. He is knowledgeable and friendly, took the time to go over all the details of the lease agreement and functions of the car and even considering I had a remote starter installed, I was out the door with my new car in record time!
