Excellent dealership - Laser Volaj Myself and my husband were on the look out to take a brand new 2018 car for lease. We had a 2016 Corolla for which the lease was getting completed. we Myself and my husband were on the look out to take a brand new 2018 car for lease. We had a 2016 Corolla for which the lease was getting completed. we had earlier visited in December when there was a Toyota discount festival and a good discount was offered. I got caught up with work and never got to go around to get it done. But when I came back in Jan, Laser spoke to his manager and was able to get the Dec 2018 deal back for us. Laser also was patient in explaining all the features of the car and also setup the phone - Bluetooth on the car and explained all the features ... Thanks to him and to the dealership! Kudos for the good customer service. More

Buying used car was dealt with professional team I bought 2016 Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Troy two weeks ago. The experience was great from the moment of price agreement till the following up suppo I bought 2016 Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Troy two weeks ago. The experience was great from the moment of price agreement till the following up support after purchased was done. I can summarize my experience by following statements. I believe I've got great price, good greeting when arriving the dealership, cooperative sale person. Thanks to Peggy who helped me going through the process. When I complained about some concerns I found in the car, Peggy had the car checked by the service department and serviced the car next day. Peggy and Scott, the used car sales manager, then followed up with me after the purchase and get me another copy of the key fob and made the service department resolved the noise issue I am getting from the center console (free of charge). I will definitely consider dealing with them next time. More
