Sold me a bad car I got a new phone 2014 and I per-certified Toyota camry from them. Since then(last two years) I have had to replace my tires, battery, brake pads, sta I got a new phone 2014 and I per-certified Toyota camry from them. Since then(last two years) I have had to replace my tires, battery, brake pads, starter motor all amounting to $1.5 k. Not sure what is the point of buying a pre-certified car if there are going to be so may problems. The car had just 33k miles on it at the time of purchase. More

Don't trust them, check the car with 3rd party I worked with salesperson Lazer Volaj, I wish I wouldn't. I purchased a 2018 Camry(used) from Suburban Toyota, they delivered without floor mat, w I worked with salesperson Lazer Volaj, I wish I wouldn't. I purchased a 2018 Camry(used) from Suburban Toyota, they delivered without floor mat, when I contact to them they said it comes without a floor mat. I have never heard anything like that before. I reached the managers and then they gave a new. It was not a big deal when I compare with the below problem. I realized that the car has a bigger problem. I started to hear some noise from the right/-ack door when I exceed 60-65 mph. I have checked the door and door frame, saw there are some painting and fixing trace on the frame, I have checked the car with a mechanic and he said the car had an accident and fixed by someone and also the door was changed. Suburban Toyota (sales person: Lazer Volaj) sold this car by saying it doesn't have an accident and nothing wrong with the car. It was a very disappointing experience for me to have this kind of lie-based sell activity with Toyota. I never will work with Suburban Toyota-Lazer Volaj again. More

Best dealership experience I have ever had I received an offer in the mail from Toyota for a $50 gift card to do a test drive of a new vehicle at a dealership. Suburban Toyota of Troy was the I received an offer in the mail from Toyota for a $50 gift card to do a test drive of a new vehicle at a dealership. Suburban Toyota of Troy was the closest one so I went there. I was expecting there to be the usual cringey, high pressure sales tactics you often see at dealerships but was pleasantly surprised to instead find that Ms. Huang let me test drive without any pressure whatsoever. The class she displayed in our interaction impressed me so much that despite the fact I was not in the market for a new car and was never intending on doing anything but collecting my $50 gift card from Toyota, I went back the next week to purchase a used car there. While it was not a new car or a high end purchase, I was treated with the same respect as I would have been had I been purchasing a high end vehicle. Ms. Huang was also very efficient, friendly, and competent. My wife will be looking for a car in the next year or two and I have already convinced her to make sure to check out Suburban Toyota of Troy as the top place to look. More
