Excellent Experience Purchasing a New Car I bought my previous car in 2004, a new 2004 Toyota Camry from Suburban Toyota of Troy and always had service done through the dealership as well. I decided to try the Costco Auto Buying Program and was pleased to see Suburban Toyota of Troy was a participating dealer. I did some research on Suburban Toyota’s website so I could gage if I was getting a better deal using Costco’s program. I met with Lazar Volaj and he did a great job of explaining how the Costco Auto Program worked. We walked the dealership to look at the cars I was interested in, test drove them and I decided on a vehicle. We returned to his desk and set to work agreeing on a price. I was happy with the negotiation process and feel I got a fair deal. I pick my car up a few days later, was given a basic lesson on features and absolutely love it. Definitely give Lazar Volaj a call at Suburban Toyota of Troy if you’re looking for a car. More

Steve asked if I would like Apple CarPlay installed in my car and said it would take 2 hours. My car was actually done in 45 minutes. I was also shown how to get Apple Car Play working in my car. He was very knowledgeable and explained the lease process too me, and the features of each model. When he went to obtain the keys Manager Dave Gottschalk came over and introduced himself. I was impressed with his effort to make time to introduce himself. During the test drive of the RAV4LEX Stephan explained how the features of the instrument panel eg: Bluetooth , parking back up system etc. He was very patient and explicit. (Amazing amount of built in conviences). When I took delivery the next day Stephan made sure to ask me if I had any questions, and again he spent time too answer the question. I never felt pressured to make any decisions Immediately. The experience at this dealership was the best I ever had. Kudos to everyone I encountered at Suburban Toyota of Troy for the excellent service they provide to customers. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

Welcomed my 2017 Corolla home I had recently purchased a used 2017 Corolla from another dealership (not Toyota) for my daughter that was in college a few states away.
