Fair, transparent and honest I recently bought a used car from Suburban Toyota of Troy and JC and Scott were great. I am always somewhat leery when buying a used car from a dealer I recently bought a used car from Suburban Toyota of Troy and JC and Scott were great. I am always somewhat leery when buying a used car from a dealership. Am I going to have to deal with a pushy sales person? Are we going to settle on one price only to get hit with unexpected fees when we go to sign paperwork? Etc. Buying a vehicle from this dealership was not at all like that. I did a lot of research on the vehicle I wanted prior so I knew the price was good but I was waiting for the catch. JC, Scott and I negotiated a very fair price, and then when we went to sign the paperwork it was exactly what we discussed. No hidden fees, no last minute push for this warranty, or that protection plan etc. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Fair, reasonable and honest. If you are in the market for a used car I highly recommend you check this dealership out. More

Scott was true to his word, and first thing Saturday we were looking at & driving this vehicle. C.J. handled our sale, who was fantastic, (& we've had a lot over the years). He had a great personality and we didnt feel rushed or pressured. F & I Logen didnt run me through all his finance companies; only what was necessary, proving he knows his business; he didn't browbeat us into all the warranties, either, that so many F & I guys do. The extra touch of the text hoping we loved our new truck after we left the dealership was the icing on the cake. Thanks guys!
