After purchasing the car one of the workers named Stephen walked me through everything about the car in the features and how do use them, which was much needed. Service Department is a clear winner I bought my Tundra 11 years ago (I have almost 290K miles on it now) and during the first 3 years of ownership I took it to Suburban Toyota for all it I bought my Tundra 11 years ago (I have almost 290K miles on it now) and during the first 3 years of ownership I took it to Suburban Toyota for all its service needs. I eventually stopped taking my truck there because the service advisor responsible for making sure the things I wanted done to my truck, unfortunately, hardly ever got done. For instance: if I wanted an oil change with Synthetic, I got an oil change with standard oil. If I wanted a tire rotation, oil change and recall work done, the tires would be rotated, the oil changed but no recall work would get done. No matter how many times I asked for certain things to be done, the service advisor that was assigned to me ignored just about everything I asked to be done. Fast forward to 2019: One word: Ashley. Ashley was on top of things even before I called to tell her what I needed done. She is the reason why I will be bringing my Tundra back to Suburban Toyota and why I'll be purchasing another Tundra in 2020 from Suburban. Ashley is pure gold. Don't let her get away. More

Good car. Good price. Good service. After a lengthy search for a reasonably priced, safe and reliable vehicle for my daughter we landed at Suburban. Peggy showed us the vehicle we came i After a lengthy search for a reasonably priced, safe and reliable vehicle for my daughter we landed at Suburban. Peggy showed us the vehicle we came in for and didn’t make us feel like we should buy it when we expressed doubts. Instead she did what a good salesperson does - she listened. The next day we had a link to the RAV4 we ultimately purchased. We visited a Chevy dealer in Clio who was selling a Scion Xb with a shattered windshield and paint missing from 25% of the roof. We stopped at a large dealer in Grand Blanc who showed us a Honda Element that had a broken windshield, filthy interior strewn with straws, food, dirt, hay, mud , etc. and at least 1 faulty ABS sensor - which they wouldn’t repair. I was shocked that a dealer wouldn’t repair and clean a vehicle prior to putting it on the lot. Suburban was perfect. They did the things a dealer is supposed to do, the things that make buying from them typically a little safer than buying from a private seller. The car was well cleaned, waxed, repaired and Peggy made the process easy. Don’t waste your time with dealers who don’t work for your business. When the next recession hits they’ll go out of business and wonder where their customers went. They’ll cry about foreign competition and they’ll whine about millennials not driving. Neither will be accurate. THEY WENT TO A DEALER THAT DOES THE RIGHT THINGS. They went to Suburban. More
