The quality of the service department is outstanding. The intake personell took the problem to heart and worked through it with Simon who did not stop until he had road tested it to his satisfaction. Indeed we left shortly afterward on a road trip and the van perfprmed like it did when brand new. I have had it back once since with tire rotation and Simon again took an interest and made sure the job was done to his personal specs. All this after I had taken the problem to another Toyota dealer ( in FL) and got no help. It's one thing to do a job to measured specs and another to do it to solve a problem. Even cleaning out my old car and putting everything in the new van, he reminded me about the cd's in the changer and my little car charm that hangs from my mirror.
