My engine light came on on Sunday, went into the dealership on Monday morning with no appointment. Was promptly greeted, was given a ride to work and called within a few hours with Assistant Service dealership on Monday morning with no appointment. Was promptly greeted, was given a ride to work and called within a few hours with Assistant Service Manager Jay Tuttle telling me that he got the repair covered under warranty, saving me about $500. I would never have thought to ask about a warranty, so I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Jay just automatically doing that! Another excellent visit to Suburban Toyota to fix my most wonderful Toyota Rav4! More
