We had 2 dealerships given us in a "True Car Pricing" referral. We went to Canton first since it was much closer even though Becky Bennett called us within 10 minutes of submitting our referral Pricing" referral. We had a HORRIBLE experience at Canton where we sat for over 2 1/2 hours and couldn't walk out of their dealership with a bottom line price on a new Toyota Corolla minus our trade-in. So we called Becky back who was VERY helpful, honest and didn't try to sell us all kinds of add ons we didn't need! In half an hour we had a bottom line price for a new Toyota Corolla S that was the "True Car Price" we expected and a great trade in price on our current vehicle. Becky was awesome, very organized and knowledgeable and that is our idea how a Car Salesperson should be!! Dennis Barrera came over and talked to us about our trade in and other things. The other Canton dealership had the Used Car guy talking to our salesman at another location and leaving us for over a half hour sitting by ourselves at the salesman's desk. Everything about this dealership was very relaxed and friendly--they took away the stress of making a big purchase. Going back into Suburban to pick up the car was a piece of cake. They made suggestions about several service plans available to purchase with good explanations but didn't do the hard sell. Becky spent time with me going over everything in the car before I drove away a very happy Toyota owner. I would absolutely recommend Suburban Toyota and send evryone to Becky Bennett as the best car salesperson we have ever had!! More
I had a great service on a certified used car. the timing of the buy and just the way the sales happened was a pleasure. Right from the beginning I felt at home at Suburban Toyota-Scion. I didn't exactly know what was the best car for me; however, I knew it needed to be 100% dependable and affordable. Becky Bennett listened to me explain my buying situation and showed me comparable models. I never felt rushed or pressured like I have at other dealerships for that "quick sale". That made me feel important. I was going to trade in my 2001 Ford Escape with 120,000 miles on it. It served me well over the last 11 years; however, the dealership never did, so I left them. At Suburban Toyota-Scion I am remembered whenever I pop in to ask a question. I have always felt that recommendations given me perfectly reflect my wants, needs and desires. Finally I was able to settle on a 2012 Scion XD and I am totally in love with it! When I had to sign all the financial paperwork, Raymond Borg very efficiently explained each warranty, protection, benefit and charge. In a short amount of time Ray very expertly prepared and presented all the necessary documents. Now is the hardest job of all - to wait 4 days until all the "extras" I ordered are put on my new car. I am so excited and blessed to have found a dealership that honorably presents its product to its waiting and eager customer. Thank you. More
I was in the market for a foreign car. My two chooses were an used Honda Accord or an used Toyota Camry. I spoke to Jay on the phone and he told me about the features of a Camry. When I came in, Jay was friendly and went out his way to ensure that received the best car for my price range. As a woman, I didn't like the car buying process, but I trusted Jay and he helped with the entire process. I recommend this dealership to anybody I know that want to buy a car. More
