Unfortunately, after more than 15 years of time with your team, I will not be staying with the Toyota brand at this time, nor the forseeable future. I had several short but extremely unpleasant experiences and discussions with members of the floor team and sales staff that have lost Toyota a customer. car sales work already has a quite alarming reputation in the public eye for dishonesty and fraud, and the team at suburban Troy has made that exceedingly worse for me. The quality of Toyota has gone quite downhill from the standard I had come to expect, which no longer feel safe- and the pricing for very simple base model sedan vehicles that I was offered should never be normalized. the senior staff member I spoke with was rude, had a total lack of transparency, and remained dishonest and vague via email, and face to face discussion about my options in an attempt to keep me with toyota, or burden me with substantial debt going forward. After that, a manager walked by in jest and proceeded to insult the other car brands that I was looking into. I was able to find a safer and more affordable choice for my transportation needs. I’m thankful to be completing this chapter and moving into safer options. Thank You, best of luck. Michael More
From my initial contact with Rosie Jang, she sounded like my kind of salesperson. First of all, she answered the phone, encouraged me to make an appointment as she thought she might have the automobile that my kind of salesperson. My late husband & I have been longterm 30+ years patrons @Suburban Toyota Farmington Hills but to my dismay & disappointment, no one even answered my phone call .. sad, customer lost. I’ve since purchased my 2022 Supra 3.0 through Rosie Jang & cannot express how pleased I am with her capabilities & cordial service. She has gone above & beyond to make me comfortable & answered every question/concern with accuracy & respect for an 81 year old! She handled my outbursts of frustration or confusion with such a calm manner.. As if she didn't notice.. that I was able to regain my composure easily. I gave 5 stars for Rosie Jeng and my new Toyota, as for the dealership? 0 Stars. It took a MONTH to get my car. It wasnt special order, it was supposed to be in the US already on the way. Terrible, liars and thieves. I spent $252 on an estimate based on a check engine light and got an estimate of over $4300. I am pretty sure they only read the codes and decided to estimate any possible diagnoses and some extras thrown in. I went somewhere else and paid $200 for a new O2 sensor installed.
