Dropped off my 2020 Corolla for first service. They said it takes an hour didn’t hear from them for over two hours, and they close in an hour. Called thrice and no response from service dept. never coming b it takes an hour didn’t hear from them for over two hours, and they close in an hour. Called thrice and no response from service dept. never coming back once I get my car back. Update : received my car after repeated calls. Gave them a very clean car expecting it to be clean, but they made it all smudgy and sprayed some white stuff on the dash didn’t clean it left the sticker half peeled leaving residue on the windshield. Mud on the driver side door. Terrible service! More
I sent message to cancel Gap Insurance on July 9th to Zach. He said he can take care of & requested paperwork that I did send to him. I emailed him 2 times to follow up to see if task was completed. Very unprofessional! They have some unprofessional individuals working in their service area. They could take a lesson from other local dealerships. Was it because I was a Woman???? I brought my Rav4 into service for a noise underneath. I also inquired about buying/installing a new hood ornament. Service could not find the noise I brought my Rav4 into service for a noise underneath. I also inquired about buying/installing a new hood ornament. Service could not find the noise but said I needed all new breaks and the water-pump needed replaced. With the ornament, the cost was $1800. We took my car to a friend that is a licensed mechanic and he said only the front brakes needed replaced. The water-pump had a tiny hole, but said it is fine for now. The mechanic replace the front brakes with new routers. The back brakes are absolutely fine. The cost, with the installation of the hood ornament was $270. REALLY!!!! More

I was promised some work on my car and it was taken care of immediately . I was given a loaner vehicle to use for the weekend so I would not be without transportation.
