So sad, I wanted to bring my Toyota there ...but I'll avoid the disappointment. More
My experience with Adam, the service manager at Toyota, was incredibly disappointing. When I approached him about my situation with Roger regarding a canister issue, he was rude and dismissive. Despite my local mechanic already identifying the problem as an evap and canister issue, Adam insisted that a gas cap was typically the solution. His response, “I can’t predict the future,” was not only unprofessional but unnecessary, as I had already communicated my concerns clearly. Instead of addressing the issue at hand, he brushed me off. When I mentioned that the dealership service prices were high, he simply laughed and dismissed my local mechanic’s lower labor costs, showing a lack of respect for my perspective. Adam’s attitude reflects poorly on Toyota as a whole. If this is how the manager treats customers, I can only imagine how the staff he supervises interact with clients. More

My mechanic did not charge me anything because of this. Unfortunately, Roger’s service was frustrating from the start. First, his communication about pricing was poor. I received a jumble of charges that were unclear and excessive. I later discovered I could have gotten the same servicing done elsewhere for half the price. When I asked about the issue, Roger insisted the problem was with the gas cap, despite my suggestion to check the canister. He assured me I’d be fine, but just two days later, the check engine light came back on. When I returned, he finally acknowledged the canister leak I had already mentioned. It’s alarming how he overlooked my concerns and failed to provide helpful advice on saving money. Instead, he seemed more focused on overcharging than on offering quality service. The labor costs were exorbitant, and I left feeling uncertain about the work done, as I wasn't there to verify it. Roger’s low rating is well-deserved, and it’s clear he doesn’t prioritize customer care or effective communication. I wish I had paid attention to the reviews before visiting. it seems that I wasted my time and money. The lack of transparency and apparent incompetence was disappointing, I wish I could get my money back because the service was HORRIBLE! More

When I first got there he quoted me nearly 1000 dollars in services most of which would cost far less anywhere else although not his fault. Mikey was not my original salesperson, today he went above and beyond to help me with concerns I had with my Navigation System. He got in my car and he figured out the problem with my Navigation System and corrected the problem. He was very patient with me, and he made sure I understood what it was doing during the process.
