He was very fair and helpful and then introduced me to Olivia Wheelock who spent the time with my wife and me to determine what we were looking for in a new vehicle. It took almost four months for the right vehicle to come in, and during that time she kept us apprised as to the search and continued to give us information about how long of a wait there might be. When our new Sienna came in, she had it ready within a day, and with the help of Jon Burch, we were able to secure a loan and drive the vehicle home that afternoon. All three were highly professional, friendly, informative and should be considered assets to the organization. We will probably be looking for another new vehicle within 2-3 years, and our first call will be to Olivia Wheelock. We are very pleased with our new Sienna. More
