I drove from out of town, and he was very willing to help! He had the car set aside for me, and handed me the keys when I arrived. It was the perfect car and I am so happy to have found it! But Bobby went the extra step for me by driving my old leased vehicle down to the Honda dealership down the road, so I could turn it in. Best car buying experience I have bought cars in my past and always felt mildly pressured into buying it or felt that I could have gotten a better deal afterwards. During the process, i have driven 4 cards: New 2017 4 runner, Highlander , 2013 Avalon and 2008 Mercedes E-Class. As a customer looking for the best deal and quality, Kelvin with professional to answere my emails,calls and texts to answer further questions. Finally i selected an amazing 2017 Highlander XLE which i had the dealership make minor customization of which rhey supported immediately. I was searching for a Certified Pre-Owned Camry and she went to work to find pretty much exactly what I had in mind. I reached out to other Toyota dealerships and the sales "professionals" I spoke with were seemingly disinterested in doing any extra work to try to locate what I had in mind, then never got back with me. Andrianna was another story: she was personable, she listened and went to work immediately. Two days later she called me telling me she believed she found the perfect car for me - she did! This Suburban (formerly Serra) Toyota dealership is a well oiled machine. Professional and efficient. More
