The only downfall to my experience was waiting for my car to be ready. I had a deal contingent upon work to be done. It took an entire week to get my car. In the end they did make it right. They delivered my car to me, cut me a check for $300 and paid for the windshield repair. If I could rate the repair service vs the customer service they would be very different. I'm not sure the repair service people cared that much about getting me my car. I feel a purchased car should be at the top of the list to get it out to the customer asap. I did not get that feeling with my situation. 4 different times Ryan or Cody had to let me know it was not ready after already telling me it would be. Probably not their fault. I'm assuming they were told it would be done so they passed the information along. I can definitely say that I would recommend this dealership for purchasing a car. With that being said. If you have a deal contingent upon work to be done. Have them do the work before you sign anything. If not you may get pushed to the back burner. More
