First of all they promise to match any deal in written from other dealership. After showing email gets surprised & talks to boss & agrees. Comes with what he wants to offer me (of course not matching the deal I had with other dealer). Ignorance I guess. Then I show him the email again! Goes to boss. Agrees. Didn't have the color I wanted. Used very derogatory word for customer "monkey wrench". I would not do business with you if you don't have that much of a patience & manner how to talk or behave with customer. Then comes with water & offers popcorn after knowing I was pissed the way he dealt. After that promised to deliver car next day. Next day after all the formality shows me the car, during paperwork I saw the numbers were still way higher than what I showed in email. Plus apr was higher too. I again have to go through same process of showing the email offer & would go discuss with managers & wasting my 2-3 hours for two days just to tell me they can't match it. I understand if you can't match deal say upfront. The problem is they won't even bother to read the emailed offer completely & come back to me to offer what they want to give me. No respect for customers time & patience. Top of all this tries to make me feel bad about other dealers that they are not people of integrity and all. I don't want to mention their names here but only reason I went to this dealership was it is near to my home. Would not even give 1 star if there was something less than that. More

FRIENDLY I met Andrianna outside of the dealership. She had so much knowlege on Toyota products and Toyota finance/leasing options. Once we observed the vehicle we were looking for, we decided to give a quic We located this location through some aggressive web browsing/car hunting. Once we observed the vehicle we were looking for, we decided to give a quick call to check the status on it. Without hesitation, Andrianna scheduled a test drive the very same day. (Due to our work hours, she stayed late to accommodate us.) Andrianna was extremely personable, outgoing and professsional. She did not consistently press us into purchasing a vehicle as most salesmen/saleswomen tend to do. Most importantly, we appreciated the honesty. If Andrianna was addressed with a question about said vehicle, the question was answered to the best of her knowledge. After we agreed to make the purchase, Bobbi made the finalization short and painless. (The guy is funny too.) Our interaction lead us into buying another vehicle the following week from the same lot. From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Ryan was easy to work with and he made the process smooth and easy. He answered any questions I had and I liked the fact that he didn't try to oversale me. I would reccommned him to anyone searching for a car and I will definitely be back in the future * update on my review. After I purchased my car I had a question about the wheels on my car and sent Ryan an email . I never received a response. I guess they no longer care about customer service once they have your money and closed the deal. Very disappointing. More
