Once we observed the vehicle we were looking for, we decided to give a quick call to check the status on it. Without hesitation, Andrianna scheduled a test drive the very same day. (Due to our work hours, she stayed late to accommodate us.) Andrianna was extremely personable, outgoing and professsional. She did not consistently press us into purchasing a vehicle as most salesmen/saleswomen tend to do. Most importantly, we appreciated the honesty. If Andrianna was addressed with a question about said vehicle, the question was answered to the best of her knowledge. After we agreed to make the purchase, Bobbi made the finalization short and painless. (The guy is funny too.) Our interaction lead us into buying another vehicle the following week from the same lot. After I purchased my car I had a question about the wheels on my car and sent Ryan an email . I never received a response. I guess they no longer care about customer service once they have your money and closed the deal. Very disappointing. More
