Josh and Suburban were great from the beginning. I showed up in Farmington Hills to look at a vehicle I thought was there. It turned out the car was at their sister dealership in Troy. Josh quickly o showed up in Farmington Hills to look at a vehicle I thought was there. It turned out the car was at their sister dealership in Troy. Josh quickly offered to get it to Farmington Hills the next business day...which he did! I view the car and test drove it right away and was sure it was the car for me. Picked it up in 2 days. No pressure, just service from all there, including credit...which is unusual. I knew what I wanted and they let me buy the car the way I wanted to. Honest, prompt, no pressure customer service, Absolutely pleased 100%. More
