They didn't have the one I thought I wanted, but Dustin Ciccarelli had a beautiful red one that blew me away. Dustin gave me such a good deal I felt like I couldn't leave without it. The friendly staff took care of everything in short order, and I was on my way with my beautiful new red crosstrek. Glad I stopped in, love my first subaru. More
Great Overall Experience - Mike Guido is the BEST! Two weeks ago, my son, Pete and I went looking at used cars for him. He had narrowed down his choice to a handful of nameplates, and I encouraged him to look into Subaru first. We met Michael Guido, who listened carefully to the parameters Peter set out - price, size, his driving style, etc. Mike made a few suggestions, and the one that really lit my son up was a 2013 Crosstrek in HIS favorite shade of blue. As soon as he drove it off the lot onto Maplelawn, I knew he was hooked. There was no need to test drive any other vehicles. Mike worked hard to find appropriate financing for my son, suggestion several options, and was very helpful in getting Pete everything he needed to close the deal and be happy with his new car. At no time did Mike apply any pressure, was not pushy nor was he impatient. I've owned two Subarus over the years, but am currently leasing another nameplate. I'm thinking of flipping to an Outback, and I know right where I'll go. I recommend Mike and Suburban Subaru highly! More

Dustin and this entire dealership are fantastic to work with. They make the entire buying process easy and not at all a chore to get through. Plus, working with them I know I get the best deal as they are open and honest about everything. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used Subaru to work with this dealership, and Dustin specifically is great. More

Never do business with this dealer or any Suburban owned I bought a certified used 2012 Subaru Legacy from them on 1/14/16 we agreed on a price and signed the paper work. They realized after everything was I bought a certified used 2012 Subaru Legacy from them on 1/14/16 we agreed on a price and signed the paper work. They realized after everything was signed they had messed up on the plate fee and said they would eat the difference. That night they dropped the price of the car down below what I payed on their website, I thought oh well I screwed up but at least i got a $95 of the difference. About a week later I get a call saying I need to come in and pay $95. Multiple calls from this place. Will Never Ever do business with one of the Suburban dealers Update: Received a call on my voice mail from the general manager saying they owed me an apology. The sales person called later saying I do not owe the money. More

Brian is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Suburban created a nice, no pressure, atmosphere. Everyone, from the Business Manager James, to the Service Technician Deonne, are nice to work with. They addressed all of our issues and concerns, and were very forthright with pricing.
