poor customer service I just came from the dealership. I had to go back after I took the car for a routine inspection a few weeks ago and it still showed a warning on the c I just came from the dealership. I called the service office 5 days ago and on October 6 too, and left voicemails, none of which were followed up. Why did I have to waste so much time to go back to the dealership to have this fixed? The only helpful guy was Leonard, in the parts dept. (I got a new key to the car while I was there). I did voice my complaints to Bill Anger while he was processing the paperwork for my visit, but he barely looked at me cause he was busy typing on his keyboard and talking on the phone at the same time. By the way he was also the one who did the reset in my car. Shouldn't a technician be doing that? I have no complaints about the vehicle itself, I love it!! I also vas very satisfired with the way I was treated when in the process of buying the car. But I just wish I could say the same about the service experience... More
Disappointing customer service I called in to inquire about Subaru Impreza and talked to Brett Johnson. Everything was good at the beginning and so I set up an appointment to do a test drive before buying one. Brett assured me that they will make an arrangement so we have a car to test drive this Saturday and that we will be meeting with Dustin Ciccarelli when we come in. So when we came in, my husband and I looked for Dustin and told him the same details I told Brett over the phone, that we're interested in the impreza and ready to buy one. The initial discussion was good though he seemed to be in a hurry to finish the discussion (he told us that they were understaffed that morning) and so I asked about test driving. He told us that there's no car available for us to test drive. I was utterly disappointed that they couldn't honor what they promised us. I could have done all the discussions over the phone but we drove for more than an hour because I was told that there's a car to test drive. Dustin seemed to make a last minute arrangement, he asked his colleague if there's a car available, but I didn't see the sincerity in his actions. He eventually told us again that there's no car for us to test drive. So we decided to leave so not to further waste our time. More

My only vehicle at the time was barely drivable and in the process of a total loss, and I needed a new vehicle ASAP. When I'd opened communications with the dealership, I knew which model/trim package I wanted and the corresponding options. Needless to say, my needs were very specific, and the Troy dealership did not have this exact model/color/options in stock. However, the sales rep(Artur) was quick to search local dealers and was very accommodating through this purchase process while maintaining a great standard of professionalism (despite the fact that I was undeniably difficult and impatient at times). Long story short, Artur offered me a loaner vehicle while the new vehicle was in transit, was very responsive via my preferred method of communication (email), aggressive in finding me the best price, and left me feeling great about my purchase. Would highly recommend! More

I was in the market to replace a lease vehicle. I am a prior Subaru owner (gave my 2005 Forester to my son) and I decided to purchase a 2014 Subaru Forester. Knowing that getting this car in the current c prior Subaru owner (gave my 2005 Forester to my son) and I decided to purchase a 2014 Subaru Forester. Knowing that getting this car in the current climate (winding down 2014 production and on lot availability almost nil, I contacted Suburban Subaru, which was the dealer I purchased from in the past, to get an auto quote. My sales person, Katie Toelle was knowledgeable, easy to talk with and authentic in her desire to provide me with the trim level and options of interest at the best value. She provided me with a proposed quote on a car. I then emailed 5 other Subaru dealers with my requirements for the Forester. Of all the responses I received (some of the dealers didn't respond), Katie provided the best value. She then proceeded to find a Premium Forester with the options I desired. It took her 9 days, but she did it. And when a kerfuffle arose around a few of the options, she and manager Dana Tidwell made it right. I can't say enough about these folks. I would highly recommend Suburban Subaru because Katie and Dana will take care of you. More

Dustin always returned my calls quickly and helped me find the vehicle I wanted, even though it wasn't at their dealership at the time. He has followed up with me at every stage of the process to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the car buying process. Overall, buying at Suburban Subaru was easy and painless. I'm very happy with my new Subaru XV Crosstrek Hybrid! More

While it was probably a one off, but the GM coming by and actually congratulating me on my purchase? That's a nice touch. Dustin Ciccarelli was my salesman and he had a great balance with sales and practicality. He had the car ready for testing and... with this last winter and the polar vortex, even came out to help me setup the car seats for fit testing. He's very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and his objectiveness about which to go on really did help when choosing between the outback and forester. well that and he could see i reaaallly wanted that turbo. I've had my first service there and while yes, the Service Manager is gruff, totally understandable. (I've been a wrench through college and I know how it can be dealing with unplanned customer requests all day). Christine though helped me when I brought my car in and was extremely helpful as well. The service waiting area is nice. They have *fast* wifi and have a kid's play area. Not much, but it helps with toddlers. Nice seats too with pull out trays. Great for -Burger King- getting work done. More
