The reviews on this website are very good. I wish I could say the same.. The engine light on my 2021 CX5 came on and the display had disappeared.. MY Mazda app said to service the vehicle immediately. Suburban of Troy service would not schedule service until June 23, 2023. I was immediately informed that a loaner is not available. This is not 4 star service, it is 1 star service at best. Beware! More

Charles made the car buying experience easy and was thorough. He made sure I understood how to use all the tech in the car and navigate it. The only negative experience I had is when I came in to sign thorough. He made sure I understood how to use all the tech in the car and navigate it. The only negative experience I had is when I came in to sign all the paperwork, the financial employee was pushy with the extended warranty. I declined all warranties a couple of times and he wouldn't move forward. It kinda took the excitement away. More
My daughter's first car purchase has been discouraging. Driving home, she turned on the defroster and was shocked to hear a very loud clicking noise. She was afraid something bad was happening. The dealer's multi-point inspection should have caught the noise -possible faulty actuator. The dealership has not responded to multiple requests to fairly resolve the issue. Jackie, their Customer Care Assistant, initially reached out via e-mail, but has not responded back to our inquiries. The dealership's posted sales price does not include a non-negotiable $399 PermaPlate interior & exterior protectant charge. Charging $399 to protect a 13 year-old vehicle should be the customer's decision. The dealership's used car photos failed to show significant flaws; severely rusted fender wells and a melted dashboard (yes, Mazda had this problem). All the above leave us with a level of mistrust not expected with this company. More
Amir, met me at the door of Suburban VW in Troy , jumped into my VW Atlas Cross Sport and within minutes had corrected the issue right there in the service bay.
