Was not real happy today when ordering my brand new 2024 Mazda Miata. After going through all the add-ons I found my salesman and added $90 on something I did not ask for and had him remove it. He said it was just an accident, but then he offered me a $1700 oil change tire rotation for three years and when I said that was way too much money when you can get a oil change probably for less than $50. He then said how about I give it to you for 1100 which right there told me he was over pricing that package. That did not make me feel very comfortable he could not guarantee when I will get my car but he told me three or four months. I said I don’t want to end up buying this car for the summer and not getting it until June, he said he was sure it would be before that, but he couldn’t give any guarantees first time I’m buying a foreign car. I hope it’s not my last. I did not come home as excited as I thought I would after making such a big purchase. I certainly hope my future endeavors with this company. Give me a better feeling . I would probably only recommend this dealership because it’s the closest one to my house even though it’s still a distance. When I bought my traverse, they gave me a oil change free, nothing free with this company. More

My first time visiting Suburban Mazda Troy for vehicle service, and Steven L. was my service consultant, greatly appreciated working with him on addressing my vehicle maintenance concerns. He also actively engaged and kept me in the loop of the progress. So, somethings may be pricey and it's comparable to others. I'd still come back to this dealership for future service and vehicle purchase... all because the service and interaction was great (even with the folks at the lobby). And the espresso is great. More

My friend and I came in this past Saturday. Justin helped us. He started out very kind and helpful. After we test drove the CX-30, my friend had expressed his budget was closer to $300/month in Justin helped us. He started out very kind and helpful. After we test drove the CX-30, my friend had expressed his budget was closer to $300/month instead of the $550 (for a lease) quoted for the CX-30. Justin scoffed, rolled his eyes and said, " you won't find anything cheaper than this in today's market." His demeanor completely changed. Previously, we had asked to see used car options that were in the $300 price range, Justin did not bother even pulling up the used car inventory. After, we went to the Chevy dealer and my friend is picking up a '24 Trax for $280/month with the same deposit discussed at the Mazda dealer. There is no question the CX-30 is a great car, much more luxurious than the Trax. However, monthly payment is an important factor when getting a car. I am no math expert but, $280 is much less than $550. More
I have worked at dealerships all my life (over 30 years) and this place is the epitome of all the horror stories you hear about them. The salesman, MO, tried to slip in a thousand dollar oil change package and this place is the epitome of all the horror stories you hear about them. The service department refused to do a 10 minute repair when the vehicle was brought back within an hour of taking delivery. The service advisor would not even listen to what I needed done. When I told him I didn't have an appointment, he just walked away and said "we don't do anything without an appointment". Apparently, they're not even competent enough to use the post office. I was told the secretary of state computers were down and they would mail me the registration. That was 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet. Last night I logged into the secretary of state website and printed a duplicate registration. I have no complaints with the vehicle. It's just unfortunate they are the only Mazda dealership on the east side. My daughter fell in love with my CX50 and now is interested in buying one. I told her to drive to the dealership in Livonia or Brighton. I can't tell you if either one is better but they sure can't be any worst. More
