Took Me 9 weeks and 3 Visits To get Things Fixed My car had 17k mile, there were several minor things need to be repaired. such as rear seat latch, trunk trim piece, etc. I came in 9/2/17, The servi My car had 17k mile, there were several minor things need to be repaired. such as rear seat latch, trunk trim piece, etc. I came in 9/2/17, The service advisor Ron wrote a work order, I was told I will get a call, no response after 9 days, finally, I reached service manager John, he said nothing will be covered under warranty. I filed an online complain through BBB, Mazda customer care informed me and John that Mazda will cover the repairs. John insisted that I need to came in for his technician to examine the rear seat latch, so I came in second time, waited one and half hour, John told me nothing was wrong, so I pulled rear seat latch in front of him, seat will not come down, then John tried, did not work, He said then this should cover under warranty. waited another week, I called John with no response, another service advisor answered the phone, stating all parts were in stock, so I scheduled the 3nd appointment a few days later, on the day of the appointment, I reached out service department, John told me no one told him parts are ready, I got a post card from parts department stating parts are ready. I contacted john again, he set an appointment a week later. on 11/7/17, I spent over 2 hours there, many other customers came in after me got service finished before me. I never heard a word from John that "I am sorry", instead, he was doing things to punish me to go through BBB. His knowledge about bump to bump warranty is very poor, he never admits even he was wrong, like the rear latch. So please go somewhere else for you vehicle service, if you have to use this one, make sure don't let John doing the similar things on you! More

Friendly Service James Sirr was a great sales person. We arrived late in the day to test drive a vehicle I found online. I liked the vehicle but I didn't love it. Desp James Sirr was a great sales person. We arrived late in the day to test drive a vehicle I found online. I liked the vehicle but I didn't love it. Despite it being close to closing time James took the time to find us another model they had in stock with all the features I wanted and a better engine. He was always courteous, and never made us feel like jerks for being there so late. James was always upfront and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. I definitely look forward to working with James for future purchases. More

No clue what they're doing, managed to actually lose my car! Was supposed to be done at 5 on Monday and i called ahead again to see if it was ready...apparently it was, but when I got there i was informed that the technician had FORGOT to repair my car!!! Awful experience. More

Could not perform a Mazda recall on Saturday I brought my 2015 CX-5 into Suburban Mazda for its first three oil changes and was very satisfied with the service - even though they charge $85 for a I brought my 2015 CX-5 into Suburban Mazda for its first three oil changes and was very satisfied with the service - even though they charge $85 for an oil change, tire rotation and check-up. The last time I tried to make a Saturday appointment, I was informed that they could do an oil change, but would be unable to perform a factory recall because the technicians that do this don't work on Saturdays. As the dealer is 12 miles away from where I live and 13 miles away from where I work, taking my vehicle in during the week is a big inconvenience. As a result, I made an appointment at Causley Mazda. It's nearly 19 miles away, but they were able to perform the recall on a Saturday. Another bonus - Causley Mazda only charges $65 for the same service. Needless to say, Causley Mazda has earned my service business from now on. More

The sunroof switch on my car failed 700 miles out of warranty. The service department submitted a "goodwill" warranty claim to Mazda and the company agreed to covered it. In addition, I was given a brand new 2016 Mazda 6 to drive with zero hesitation. Often, getting transportation while a car is in for service can be a hassle. I really appreciate the top notch experience! More
