Good experience I had a good car buying experience last weekend. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Justin. He did a great job making me feel comfortable with the purchase of my "new" vehicle. Justin was very knowlegable and friendly. They were really busy that day, but he did a good job juggling everything on his plate. I think the only issue I had was when dealing with the actual purchase of the vehicle. I had to say no to purchasing gap coverage four times. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and I was about to walk out of the dealership without a car, because of it. Way too much pressure, and it made me feel like I was doing something wrong by saying no. Aside from that and the fact I was there for six hours (the longest I've ever had to wait to purchase a car), I was still very happy with my purchase. I smile every time I look at my "new" vehicle. More

Miscommuncaiton, lack of trust in sales Wife and I were interested in upgrading her Mazda 3 which was purchased from this dealer (along with her previous Mazda as well). Given she had purch Wife and I were interested in upgrading her Mazda 3 which was purchased from this dealer (along with her previous Mazda as well). Given she had purchased 2 cars in the past I assumed we would be taken care of. The initial sales associate had very little knowledge of the CX-5 model and was scattered when we arrived. After test driving another sales associate basically stole us from the other and starting talking price. I thought the initial pricing had some room to move which is fine, but the trade in value for her current Mazda was garbage. We went back and forth (over confusing emails) for a week or so and the dealer was not working with us at all. I called another local dealer who gave me exactly what I was looking for without hassle. Out of respect I gave Suburban the chance to match and I was told the other dealer was not going to give me what they had agreed to. Two days later I was driving a new CX-5 from the other dealer. About a month later the initial sales associate called me asking if I was still interested in the CX-5. Clearly they never talked to their colleague or would have known it didn't work out. Shame! Moral of the story: Shop around....this dealer does not have your best interest in mind only their bottom line. More
