Had some confusions initially on the availability of the car for test drive and delivery, but the sales, Zack, worked with the General Manager, Che, in resolving quickly with a service car until the car arrived at the dealer at later day. This is a perfect example that shows willingness of the dealer & staff to work out an issue and keeping customer happy. Recommendation: to avoid this confusion, maybe better to state explicitly the vehicle availability schedule in the dealer website. More
