After expressing interest via email I visited the dealership and was assigned to Zack who with Lou the Sales Manager and Matt the Finance Manager helped create a good deal. Zack was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the process from test drive through delivery. I never felt pressured because that is just not his or the dealerships sales style. I would recommend Zack and Suburban Mazda to anyone who is ready to buy or just wants to learn more about the Mazda product line. Thanks to Zack, Lou, and, Matt!! I love my new CX-9 GT!!! More

The thing that annoys me the most with dealers is the amount of annoying small talk I have to make with them. With that being said I stopped into the Farmington Hills Mazda and was greeted by Zack. I sat down with Zack and was very straight forward with him on what we were looking for and all the financial details. He set me up with a test drive within 10 minutes and had a deal for my on the table by the time I got back from my test drive. I came back within an hour wanting to test drive the same vehicle again because I liked it that much. I got lost on my 2nd test drive and by the time I got back to the dealership it was closed. Zack STILL took the additional time to show me a feature that would have been in the trim I wanted but wasn't in the vehicle I test drove. We leased with them 2 days later. Thank you again Zack you were awesome and my wife says she loves you. More
