The combination will reach a different level if you also add the premium package. It will make you find excuses to drive your CX-5. Zack introduced himself, let us take it for a test drive, and allowed me to place a deposit to hold the car while I arranged financing. He kept in touch without being pushy, never bothered me, and let me lead the process. He also beat the best price I had been given anywhere else. When I went to pick up the car, it had been detailed fresh and perfectly and was sitting in the showroom with a big bow on it. The pick up process was great. Fast, simple, and nothing high pressure at all. Zack made sure I was comfortable with everything in the car before I left the dealership that day. The dealership itself is modern, nice, and reflects the design direction that Mazda has taken with their product. Everyone I had contact with was professional, no-pressure, and no "sales tactics." I couldn't be happier with this. It's on par with how I was treated at a BMW dealer when buying a car twice the price of this one. (Which incidentally wasn't twice as good of a car as the Mazda.) I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking to purchase a Mazda. More

AmaZing!! I went to Suburban Mazda to look at a Mazda3. I had previously spoken with Z on the phone, so I asked for her when I went there. I had read reviews, a I went to Suburban Mazda to look at a Mazda3. I had previously spoken with Z on the phone, so I asked for her when I went there. I had read reviews, and she has many great ones. Now I know why. She was friendly, yet very calm and professional. Once I sat in the Mazda3 to take a test drive, it just felt right. I was excited for the first time in my car search! I like to lease, and Z offered a great lease plan. I made my decision that day. She was working with other customers at the same time, but I never felt neglected. She kept checking in with me and apologizing. No apology needed. She didn't know I was coming in at that time yet she worked it out. I will definitely see Z for my future car needs. More
