My choice to contact Zack in the first place was based on the huge number of good reviews for him. Then I was impressed of his prompt and professional responses. As per my request, Zack provided me with detailed information and price quotes on different 2019 Mazda CX-5 trims, without applying any pressure on me to buy a new car from him. He answered all of my questions, using my preferred method of communication, put a lot of efforts to secure the exact vehicle with exact color and futures that I wanted.
