Pushy and forceful. She berated me for not buying a car from her and wasting her time. I would not buy a car from her, and after the experience at this Mazda dealer I wont be returning. I went in for a price quote and a test drive on a CX-5. A Zahara brought up a Grand Touring CX-5 and handed me the keys for a test drive. I let her know I would like a quote on this car so I could get an idea on price. Startup fees at 12K miles and 36 or 39 months. Was gone for about 20 minutes test drive down M5 and back on surface roads. I needed to see if I comfortably fit in the CX-5 as I am tall. After I came back A Zahara had written down prices on a notebook paper, and said the printer toner was out. We talked for a few minutes and she asked me if I was shopping a car or a price, to which I responded that I was shopping several cars and had a price in mind. She asked for the sale, which is fine and most sales people do this, but she did not take NO for an answer. She then asked what price I had in mind, which I replied about $20 lower per month than I was presented, but I was still shopping. She the. Asked agin if I would take the car today. To which I said NO again, I also added that I was not the determining factor in the sale. I then got up to leave, thanking her for her time. At this point A Zahara asked me for my phone number to which I replied NO again. Shen then proceeded to berate me stating that I came in taking her car for a test drive and her time but I wouldn’t buy anything. I am the customer. I do have the right to refuse to give you my number. I also have the right to not buy anything. You don’t have the right to get verbally abusive to customers who are not planning on buying. More
My wife was ready to move from Jeep to Mazda based on my years of ownership (3 Mazda’s). We knew we wanted a 2020 CX-5. We also had the E plan and loyalty incentives. It was a slam dunk sale with nothing to do except get the car and close the deal. For tax reasons we wanted to close the deal before the end of the year. Zack advises he was worried a car would not be in until later the next month and would call other dealers to get one sooner. Zack said he would follow up with us in two days (Monday). What Zack did was go on vacation that evening. We never heard from him again. When I followed up with the dealership Desiree and the sales manager Lou were able to locate a car the same day. We were able to close the deal on time. Desiree has the car deliverers from another dealer clean and ready to go. She took the time to go over the warranty and set up all the features before driving away. In all of my years of buying from Mazda Zack reminded me why I left Mazda of Troy. Desiree and Lou renewed my faith in Mazda of Farmington. i would not recommend Zack for your sales person. More

Z was great! This will be my 4th consecutive Mazda 3 lease. For this particular one, I dealt with Z from beginning to end. I was pretty clear with my demands, and This will be my 4th consecutive Mazda 3 lease. For this particular one, I dealt with Z from beginning to end. I was pretty clear with my demands, and Z made sure to follow through on all of them. The process was very smooth, Z was very responsive via email and text. Whole process took less than 2 days of correspondence. The only hiccup is that there was a mutual misunderstanding where it took about 2 hours for the vehicle to be ready on Saturday, but other than that, couldn't be happier. More
