They snuck in a charge of 499 for dealer options & accessories that not only weren’t discussed but also never received. I was only offered a $1095 protection add on that I declined. It is also over a week beyond my 10 day payoff and still haven’t paid off my trade in and promised multiple call backs that have not been received. I’m now stuck with an additional car payment and interest while the drag their feet making the payoff. Also, vehicle did not come with features advertised like Apple CarPlay & tow package Finally, we agreed on $9500 for trade in, but final paperwork shows they only gave me $9300. They have deceitful practices and refuse to work with me on my concerns when I caught it on paperwork the same day. More
