When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon…we didn't know if we would get much help because we thought people would be trying to "get home" for the weekend. First, Paul Alexander, our sales agent, was very thorough in explaining the car situation to us, and he worked really hard to line everything up in a timely manner. We are very happy, and we never felt rushed through the process even though we took up a couple hours of their time on Saturday afternoon (they got home late because of us). My kids loved Paul's help because they were getting a little restless, and Paul pulled out a frisbee to help occupy their time while I was completing the paperwork. Thanks to all those who were involved in making our experience a great one at Suburban Hyundai in Troy. Thanks! More

Recent New Car Purchase I recently purchased a new Hyundai Genesis from Suburban in Troy, Michigan. Low pressure environment. The showroom atmosphere was modern and comfortable. The sales team works together. I actually was able to finalize the price AND hold the vehicle I wanted (while arranging for insurance) through my sales rep's co-worker. Didnt have to go through the old outdated businesss model of "negotiating" back and forth with the "sales manager". Suburban honored the price and did not take the deposit I offered to confirm the deal. That was a first for me. Service department is clean and team members answered my service questions and the Hyundai model I was interested in pruchasing. Very good experience. More
Some nice key players here I am writing this 5 days after I purchased a used BMW X3 from this Hyundai dealership. DO NOT let them promise you that, "Dave is a good guy and m I am writing this 5 days after I purchased a used BMW X3 from this Hyundai dealership. DO NOT let them promise you that, "Dave is a good guy and might do that for you," Dave is a good guy, but get it in writing. Dave did take care of my main issue, so far. In closing, we drove 20 Miles one way and got delivered a FILTHY car that my wife spent half the day cleaning out. Maybe that's why it sat on the lot for a Month and they lowered the price substantially. Dog hair Everywhere! My wife wouldn't sit in it! It is now in overall good condition. Make sure you look it over top to bottom before you drive off. P.S. I would still like my .34 cents mailed to me please. More

I have purchased my own vehicle from them just over a year ago and keep referring people to them because I truly believe in their customer service and that they put the customer first! Hyundai has also been growing as a brand and their current vehicle lineup is sure to impress anyone. I will be sure to return to this dealership whenever possible and I would recommend this dealership and Adamm to anyone! More
First of all, Chris Zeppa was Very unfriendly. We had come to your location yesterday, and put a $200 deposit on a 2011 Chevy Cruze. From the first moment, I had a bad taste in my mouth about our salesma come to your location yesterday, and put a $200 deposit on a 2011 Chevy Cruze. From the first moment, I had a bad taste in my mouth about our salesman. He showed us the car, and we noticed that he couldnt get the remote start to work. He stated he would look into it, and also we asked for the car to be detailed. Also, there was only 1 key for the car. We asked if there was another car key, and he stated it was in the business office, and he will get it. So, today we decided to come and take delivery of the car. My significant other had called and spoke with Chris, and asked him to detail it and we would be there about 5pm. We walk in, and Chris had his foot up on his desk, and was on his cell phone. After about a minute, he saw my significant other standing there. We walked in with $11,920.44 in a cashiers check. I am APPALLED that there was a $200 dock fee. For a cash paying customer, only having to review a few documents, this is unacceptable. We went outside to see the car, and to put on the license plate. I asked Chris if the remote start was fixed, or if he had looked at it. Chris told me that he had tried it twice but couldn't get it to work. I got out the owners manual and started looking though the pages to see if we could figure it out. As we did this, Chris said "Well, it was nice working with you" and walked inside, as we are standing in the freezing cold, looking at a manual by ourselves. there was another sales gentleman walking by, and I had to stop him and ask. Also, there is NO driver floormat, the car was not cleaned up, sticker glue was stuck still on the window, there was a CD in between the seat, crumbs etc. I really do like the car, its not the car that is the issue. The issue was our customer service. ALSO, Chris told us there was only 1 key, we asked him about the other one, and he basically shrugged his shoulders and stated we can get a key made for valet $10 at the store, the fob probably costs about $200. I am furious. I would NEVER recommend someone to him. The whole expierence was terrible. I am just so shocked at everything that happened. I spent over $11,000 at your location, and I was treated poorly. You are a dealership, you are widely known. Your dealership is not some crappy place to buy a car. I feel very taken advantage of, and I would not recommend any Suburban dealership to anyone. Please, I am the owner of the car, please call me, I would like to discuss this over the phone.
