This dealership is handling our complimentary Hyundai servicing plan for new vehicles. We had a tire issue that we suspected maybe a faulty sensor or a minor flat. The dealership said it was a flat, and they supposedly marked the tire with the flat. We went to another tire shop who clearly stated 1. Nothing was marked 2. Was no flat and likely just a sensor issue. The other tire company fixed it for free as it cost them nothing but tiny amounts of time to rebook the tire and remove the donut. The dealer was trying to scam and charge us $40+. Never ever use their repair service as they are scammers. You are better off getting their assessment if they provide one for free and getting a second opinion somewhere else. These are the kind of people and companies that people need to avoid. More

I had any issue before this issue popped out. I think that this dealer is not professional. I had dropped my 2019 Tucson due to knocking issue at 10/26/2023. I did not get any call back before I reached out to them at 11/6/2023. They said that they also diagnosed knocking issue and and then requested the approval from Hyundai. They should hear Hyundai's decision in two and three days again. I had reached to them to check status on 11/9/2023. They should make a call back. They did not, I tried several times to check the status up to now. They did not make any call back and not any update of my vehicle status. I would like to know at least what is going on. Also, I need a loaner vehicle while fixing the vehicle. The reason why I post in here is to make call me back. More
