I have never had a bad experience dealing with the service center employees. Have always been given a friendly greeting and listened to no matter how strange a problem I bring to the shop. Everyone was very friendly. I got a quick appointment, and they took as long with the car as they said they were going to- no delays. They have free muffins/coffee in the waiting room, which is nice. The shuttle drove me to work, which was clean and the driver was friendly. I recommend this dealer for service. I know nothing about cars, so I could have been robbed blind with the $800 I paid for "routine maintenance" on my 2007 accord with 85000 miles, but I'm an optimist and I'm going to believe that everything they did was in my best interest. Jeff was great. The gals in the cashier office were pleasant and professional. When I presented a $10 off any service after I already paid for my service, the were very nice and refunded 10.00 from my pleasant and professional. Requested Suburban Honda to check battery because of cold weather. Checked battery and found it was substantially underpower. They had a good stock of service batteries and were able to accommodate an oi weather. Checked battery and found it was substantially underpower.
