Requested Suburban Honda to check battery because of cold weather. Checked battery and found it was substantially underpower. They had a good stock of service batteries and were able to accommodate an oi weather. Checked battery and found it was substantially underpower. Suburban Honda has been servicing my Honda Odyssey for the last 13 years. This dealership fixes things right the first time. Julie Danielson is my go- to person. Half the time, she is able to answer my the last 13 years. This dealership fixes things right the first time. Julie Danielson is my go- to person. Half the time, she is able to answer my questions over the phone. While she has been forthright in explaining that she cannot provide a diagnosis over the phone, after numerous calls over the years, I gotta say that Julie has never been wrong. I go to Will when Julie is not there. He does not have the same experience that Julie has, but he never hesitates to get back with me with the information that I need. I routinely check Julie's and the attending mechanic's advice, by going to other service centers (usually to look for a better price) and I can confirm that Julie and Suburban Honda have always been straight with me. I have been feeling pressure to buy American, but I have been hesitant because this dealership treats me so well. From free rides to work during service, to doughnuts and coffee, to free WiFi, I am always made to feel comfortable. More
