Service Experience at Suburban Honda Air conditioner was intermittent. Thought I had a short. Shawn said they would have to test coolent level and also test for leaks. You did this. Then you found an open relay in the compressor circuit. Shawn noticed rear wiper needed to be replaced and cleared this with me. You also took care of the fuel pump recall problem. Am not convinced you needed to test for leaks in as much the AC would cool when it was working. Seems that I would have saved a fair amount of money had you just replaced the defective relay. I have never had a bad experience dealing with the service center employees. Have always been given a friendly greeting and listened to no matter how strange a problem I bring to the shop. I have usually dealt with Bob, Julie, or Jeff and their attention to detail and manifestation of actual concern and interest in my experience with Honda service is a major reason I plan to stick with Suburban Honda - service or sales. Everyone was very friendly. I got a quick appointment, and they took as long with the car as they said they were going to- no delays. They have free muffins/coffee in the waiting room, which is nice. The shuttle drove me to work, which was clean and the driver was friendly. I recommend this dealer for service. I know nothing about cars, so I could have been robbed blind with the $800 I paid for "routine maintenance" on my 2007 accord with 85000 miles, but I'm an optimist and I'm going to believe that everything they did was in my best interest. Jeff was great. The gals in the cashier office were pleasant and professional. When I presented a $10 off any service after I already paid for my service, the were very nice and refunded 10.00 from my pleasant and professional.
