Poor Service Experience I brought my Honda Civic si to the dealership to repair a slipping clutch. It cost me $125.17 for Shawn Nagappa to give me an estimate of $2,500.00. I brought my Honda Civic si to the dealership to repair a slipping clutch. It cost me $125.17 for Shawn Nagappa to give me an estimate of $2,500.00. I paid the ransom and brought the car to a local independent auto shop that did a great job for $900.00. Don't walk away from Suburban Honda, RUN AWAY from Suburban Honda!!! More

Just a small minor comment Total quality was great. The only thing I'm not 100% satisfied is my steering wheel & seat positions were adjusted and had not been put back this time Total quality was great. I understand adjusting the seat position is okay so it is fine, but not the steering wheel. Not really a big deal but just wanted to bring this up. More

Service Experience at Suburban Honda Air conditioner was intermittent. Thought I had a short. Shawn said they would have to test coolent level and also test for leaks. You did this. T Air conditioner was intermittent. Thought I had a short. Shawn said they would have to test coolent level and also test for leaks. You did this. Then you found an open relay in the compressor circuit. Shawn noticed rear wiper needed to be replaced and cleared this with me. You also took care of the fuel pump recall problem. Am not convinced you needed to test for leaks in as much the AC would cool when it was working. Seems that I would have saved a fair amount of money had you just replaced the defective relay.
