Then once I got to the dealership I was met at my car by Sarah. She was super friendly and helpful. She worked with me in getting the service needed for my vehicle giving helpful suggestions that I greatly appreciated. Then on to the waiting area which was a definite plus. It seems like that wouldn't matter but having a clean, airy, comfortable location to wait is nothing short of nirvana. Seriously!! My car was serviced in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better service all around. Thanks for being the "go to" dealership for me!! More

Odyssey service I bought this van used from somewhere else. Took it back there for one oil change that took 3 hours. Have come back to Suburban since. They always tel I bought this van used from somewhere else. Took it back there for one oil change that took 3 hours. Have come back to Suburban since. They always tell me what needs to be done, what it will cost. They let me know if I can hold off on something for a while or need to do it right away. Will continue to bring my Odyssey here. This is my 2nd Odyssey. No one makes a vehicle this reliable. More

Great Service I took my CRV 2012 in for service and Dave helped me to get the service. When I went to pick it up the technician was still working on it. I am leasing a brand new 2 I wanted to take a moment to compliment and THANK Jeff, who works in service for being so observant and for being so nice. I am leasing a brand new 2015 Honda Fit (which I love). Picked it up on Jan 22nd...went and bought new floor mats (wait, you are gonna love it), the last day I had used it was January 26th and on January 31st went to start my BRAND NEW CAR and it wouldn't start. I waited to call for a jump because the car was home, in our garage and the weather was so bad that I figured others deserved a jump before me. Got it jumped yesterday (Feb 10) and drove it over to Suburban thinking I needed to have it checked. Pulled in, Jeff came out to look at it...he sat in the car and it wouldn't start. He looked closely, said "wait a minute" and moved the front floor mat. GUESS WHAT? IT WAS MY FAULT! Not the car's! I didn't put the floor mat in properly and since I drive a stick, the clutch wouldn't go all the way down due to the floor mat being in the way. I was BEYOND embarrassed. To Jeff's credit, he NEVER LAUGHED! He was so kind, telling me it could have happened to anyone. I am grateful he was so observant and solved the problem INSTANTLY without the having to be serviced. So, the next time your NEW car doesn't start.........CHECK YOUR MATS!! THANK YOU JEFF for being so kind! More
