She worked with me in getting the service needed for my vehicle giving helpful suggestions that I greatly appreciated. Then on to the waiting area which was a definite plus. It seems like that wouldn't matter but having a clean, airy, comfortable location to wait is nothing short of nirvana. Seriously!! My car was serviced in a timely manner.
