Service department is awful I have taken my Honda to their service department twice now for simple issues. The first time for an oil change. Before I could get the car home the w I have taken my Honda to their service department twice now for simple issues. The first time for an oil change. Before I could get the car home the warning light came on and I had to turn around and go back. Thinking this was an isolated incident I returned, this time for an oil change and tire rotation. Again, before I could get my car home after the service was completed the low tire pressure warning light came on. By this time the service department was closed so I had to be there when they opened the next morning. If they cannot be trusted to complete simple services like oil changes and tire rotation with out problems why would you trust them with larger issues. I will not go back. More

I was given estimate of work and job was finished timely, multi point inspectio I got oil change done for my vehicles and it was very nice experience. Pricing was very reasonable, compared to what I have come to expect from other dealers. More

Answered my questions Mr. Spurgeon answered my questions about what maintenance work my Civic needed. He did not push unnecessary maintenance work at me.
