Patrick Wilson and Bob Spurgeon were very helpful to me at service. They both provided A+ service! My sensors on my Honda Accord were not working properly. I called Bob on Friday around 5:30 pm, before they were closed for the day. I got his voicemail, and left a message, and he called me 2 minutes later and set up an appointment on Monday. When I arrived Monday, Patrick took care of me, and as soon as I got the diagnostic about my car, he explained everything thoroughly. He made sure I got a complementary ride home as they needed a part to be ordered, and were going to be able to get to it the next morning. As soon as the job was done, Patrick called me and even offered to have my car delivered to my house if more convenient for me. I was able to get a ride, and picked up the car in person, and I personally thanked Patrick and Bob in person for their help. Going forward I know that for oil changes, or any other maintenance issues for my car, I will be coming back to Suburban Honda for all my service. They made me feel very important, and my customer experience was top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone! More

Unscheduled Service Visit I was visiting relatives in the area and one of the problem indicator lights on my Accord came on. I was facing a 360 mile drive home and was not comfortable making the drive, knowing there was an issue. I came in at 8:15 on a Monday morning without an appointment. Your service team fixed the problem and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. This is the fourth Honda I've purchased and I buy Honda because of reliability and because of the great service I receive from my local Honda dealer. Service Department Could Use Corporate Help I have been going to Suburban Honda to service my vehicles for about 15 years. Back then the service was stellar, but now there is more to be desired. I have been going to Suburban Honda to service my vehicles for about 15 years. Back then the service was stellar, but now there is more to be desired. Sometime over the years they changed policy on not taking appointments for an oil change. It's already bad enough that you sit there for 30-45 minutes when having an appointment, but to be forced to wait hours (potentially) in unnerving. I was told previous to today that no appointments were allowed for an oil change. I showed up today at 4:30pm, hours posted say they close at 6pm, and I got turned away. Luckily, this time I was now allowed to make an appointment for a Saturday (the reason for the 2nd star as opposed to 1 star). If all you are doing is allowing pickups and drop offs for that last hour, then it shouldn't count as an hour of operation. Corporate needs to help these service advisors out by having that information posted - online, on the door, on mailers, etc. They should not have to disappoint potential customers or turn business away. More
