Suburban Honda has been servicing my Honda Odyssey for the last 13 years. This dealership fixes things right the first time. Julie Danielson is my go- to person. Half the time, she is able to answer my questions over the phone. While she has been forthright in explaining that she cannot provide a diagnosis over the phone, after numerous calls over the years, I gotta say that Julie has never been wrong. I go to Will when Julie is not there. He does not have the same experience that Julie has, but he never hesitates to get back with me with the information that I need. I routinely check Julie's and the attending mechanic's advice, by going to other service centers (usually to look for a better price) and I can confirm that Julie and Suburban Honda have always been straight with me. I have been feeling pressure to buy American, but I have been hesitant because this dealership treats me so well. From free rides to work during service, to doughnuts and coffee, to free WiFi, I am always made to feel comfortable. More

This was my first experience with Suburban Honda, and overall it was excellent. My car had to be towed to the dealership on a Saturday, and all of the employees, especially Jennifer in service, were ver overall it was excellent. The Master Technician did a very extensive inspection of my car and provided a detailed list of both required and recommended services. The only negative mark was the cost of the repair - the manual transmission service was more expensive than I anticipated but probably in line with most independent shops. More

I have had a great experience with the service department..always.. I was very surprised that no one said " Hello" or offered to help me when I went into the new car showroom and looked at the ne department..always..
