This was my first experience with Suburban Honda, and overall it was excellent. My car had to be towed to the dealership on a Saturday, and all of the employees, especially Jennifer in service, were ver overall it was excellent. The Master Technician did a very extensive inspection of my car and provided a detailed list of both required and recommended services. The only negative mark was the cost of the repair - the manual transmission service was more expensive than I anticipated but probably in line with most independent shops. More

I have had a great experience with the service department..always.. I was very surprised that no one said " Hello" or offered to help me when I went into the new car showroom and looked at the ne department..always.. Well I am one who decides what she will drive. And my car is paid for and 6 yrs old! More

I love this dealership of all the dealerships I have ever been associated with and believe me I am 71 years old so I have had a lot of dealerships. Tim, the Manager, is excellent and so orientated to maki been associated with and believe me I am 71 years old so I have had a lot of dealerships. Tim, the Manager, is excellent and so orientated to making a customer feel that she is the most important person to have walked through his dealership. Raij my salesperson I also like so much and he took very good care of me. The service department is excellent and always takes time to answer any questions you may have even when you call in with a question. I, myself, live over 40 miles one way to this Hondo Dealership on Haggerty Road and I have two Honda dealerships withing 15 miles from me but I go all the way there as they make me feel I am valued. Big hats off to Tim, the Manager, as that is where the dealership starts with an excellent and people orientated Manager and hats off to his entire team at Surburban Honda.
